The telecommunications regulator, Oftel, has been forced to reconsider its decision to clear BT group of predatory pricing following a ruling by the Competition Appeals Tribunal. Oftel ruled that there was no evidence of predatory pricing. The Tribunal found that the decision was insufficiently reasoned and that Oftel should reconsider it with an open mind.
