On 31 May 2007, the Spanish Competition Tribunal (TDC) dismissed an appeal against the decision of the Service for the Defence of Competition (SDC) to close the proceedings against the Spanish collecting societies and an association of manufacturers, importers or distributors of CDs in connection with an agreement on the copyright levy.
