Execution of deeds and documents: 1 October 2009

This note deals with the execution of deeds and documents and includes specimen execution clauses for various legal entities. It reflects the law on execution from 1 October 2009, following implementation of Part 4 of the Companies Act 2006 and the repeal of the Companies Act 1985 provisions on execution of documents, in accordance with The Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 8, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2008 (SI 2008/2860).
