The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has appointed Neil Feinson, currently Assistant Director of the Department of Trade and Industry’s EC Competition Policy Division, as Director of EC Competition Policy in the OFT's Competition Enforcement Division. The Director will help prepare the OFT ahead of the new decentralised EC enforcement regime, which will come into force in May 2004. He will also be responsible for managing relations with sector regulators on competition issues.
