The Interpay Decision

The Dutch Competition Authority (the NMa) has imposed heavy fines on a consortium of Dutch banks and their joint venture company, Interpay, for infringement of the Dutch Competition Act by means of a horizontal agreement between the shareholding banks and abuse of a dominant position by Interpay.
