"Ask the team": arbitration

"Ask the Team" is a resource which focuses on and highlights particular PLC Dispute Resolution and PLC Arbitration materials. Each month, the team provides guidance and pointers on a generic question of practical or topical interest and illustrates how PLC Dispute Resolution and PLC Arbitration content can be used to find information on similar or related topics. An "Ask the Team" article appears in the first weekly e-mail update each month. Each edition of "Ask the Team" can also be found under the Legal updates tab for the relevant topic area or areas covered by the particular question, and via the link in the Resources section of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration home pages.
