CVAs: High Court strikes down "guarantee-stripping" arrangement

An update on the High Court’s decision in Mourant & Co Trustees Ltd and another v Sixty UK Limited (in administration) and others [2010] EWHC 1890 (Ch), which considered whether a creditors' voluntary arrangement unfairly prejudiced the landlords of an insolvent company, within the meaning of section 6(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
