A series of notes giving summaries of and links to know-how relating to provisions of the Prospectus Rules.
The purpose of this series of notes is to provide fast access to know-how relating to parts of the Prospectus Rules (PR) of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) acting in its capacity as the UK Listing Authority (UKLA).
Each note relates to a chapter of the Prospectus Rules, gives links to the relevant provisions of that chapter and provides both a summary of and links to know-how which may assist with the interpretation and understanding of the provisions of that chapter.
